Salisbury-Cortland baseball series reduced to doubleheader on Sunday

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury baseball team's series with the fourth-ranked State University of New York at Cortland has been reduced to a doubleheader played on Sunday, beginning at 11 a.m., due to inclement weather.

The single game between the No. 9 Sea Gulls and Red Dragons has been cancelled.

Salisbury (3-0) has opened the season with a pair of wins over Virginia Wesleyan College and a victory against the University of Maine Presque Isle. Cortland, which has yet to play this season, finished fourth at the NCAA College World Series in 2012 with a 41-9-1 record.
