Baseball season opener moved up to avoid rain

SALISBURY, Md. - The Salisbury University baseball team has announced that due to the possibility of inclement weather on Saturday afternoon its home opener against SUNY Cortland has been moved up to 10 a.m.

The opener, originally scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., has been moved up to help avoid the poor weather conditions being forecasted over Salisbury later in the day.

Both the season and stadium opening ceremonies will take place immediately prior to first pitch, beginning at 9:45.

Any additional changes regarding Saturday's game will be reported through suseagulls.com over the next few days. We will also post any updates through social media if any additional changes are made.
