Nine Sea Gulls named to NJAC All-Academic Team

PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its All-Academic Team and the Salisbury University football team had nine members named to the team.

To be eligible, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore, compete in an NJAC-sponsored sport, and carry a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.20.

Senior Rhett Malone, juniors Kyle Griffin and Alex Potocko, and sophomores Dandre Dennis, Joshua Lipowski, Josh McClain, Brad Rose, Timothy Steindl, and Zachary Wolfrey each earned honorable mention status; only full-time NJAC institutions are granted first- and second-team members.

The 2015 season marked the first for Salisbury football as an associate member of the NJAC for football.
