SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University field hockey team takes to the field on Wednesday, October 10 against Wesley College, but will also be participating in the fight against cancer, hosting their annual Corners for Cancer game.

The Sea Gulls will offer fans a chance to pledge an amount per penalty corner earned by Salisbury during the game or to donate a single amount with all of the money raised benefitting the American Cancer Society.

Through their first 10 games this season, Salisbury is averaging just under 10 penalty corners per game.

The team will be donning special pink uniforms for the game, and encourages all fans in attendance to wear pink, as well.

The game against the Wolverines is slated to begin at 7 p.m.
