SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University athletic department has a spring break gift for Sea Gull Nation, offering free admission for all fans to the men's lacrosse game against State University of New York at Geneseo.
Faceoff between the Sea Gulls and Knights is set for 1 p.m., on Saturday, March 23 at Sea Gull Stadium.
Salisbury enters the contest with a perfect 8-0 mark and is currently the top team in the nation while SUNY Geneseo are winners of two straight.
Salisbury will also be recognizing the 25th anniversary of the 1994 men's lacrosse team that won the first national championship not only in program history but also under the guidance of current head coach, Jim Berkman.
The game will mark the end of a three-game home stand for the maroon and gold before it embarks on a three-game road trip. Salisbury will return home on Wednesday, April 10 when it hosts Capital Athletic Conference opponent No. 6 York College of Pennsylvania at 7 p.m.
