MONTCLAIR, N.J. - For their efforts in during the NCAA Division III women's lacrosse tournament, three Sea Gulls were named to the All-Tournament Team.
Junior Lauren Feusahrens, sophomore Ashton Wheatley and freshman Bethany Baer were named to the team following Salisbury's run to the national championship game. Salisbury (22-1) made it to the title game for the fifth time in program history, losing to Trinity (Conn.) College in the final, 8-7.
During the four games, Feusahrens had 13 goals and seven assists, including a career-high eight points in the national semifinal game, a 15-7 win over Middlebury College.
Baer led the Sea Gull attack in the championship game, scoring three of her five goals in the tournament in the championship game. The freshman also had an assist, in the national semifinal contest.
Wheatley made 21 saves in the four contests, anchoring the nation's top-ranked defense.
