Graham named IWLCA Defensive Player of the Week

GRAND LAKE, Colo. – Salisbury University junior goalkeeper Skye Graham was named the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division III Defensive Player of the Week for her performance last week.

Graham led the Sea Gulls to a 2-1 record against three top-10 opponents, posting a 7.41 goals-against average and 53.3 save percentage.

She made 11 saves on 16 shots in a 9-5 win over No. 6 Franklin & Marshall College, followed by five saves in an 11-7 victory over No. 3 University of Mary Washington. Graham helped hold both teams to six goals below their season average.

Despite falling to No. 5 Middlebury College, Graham made eight saves in the game. The junior totaled 24 saves in the three games, adding five groundballs and one caused turnover.
