The Hall of Fame Award of Excellence shall be
presented to a former Salisbury University student-athlete who
excelled or contributed athletically during his or her athletics
career. This award is to honor a person’s career work
and deeds which has brought honor and dignity to the individual
and, in turn, Salisbury University. This award is symbolic of
the positive traits and virtues developed as a result of athletics
competition which demonstrates the value of education through
athletics and then applied to one’s career and
life beyond Salisbury University.
The honoree must have graduated at least 20 years prior from
Salisbury University and officially nominated on a Hall of Fame
Award of Excellence nomination form.
This distinguished honor may or may not be awarded each year,
rather, it should only be given on special occasion when a former
student-athlete has reached a distinguished level of excellence
since their graduation.
Please complete the following information about the candidate
you are nominating and you must also include your name, address,
and phone number to make this nomination valid. This
nomination must be submitted to the Director of Athletics office by
April 1st of a given year for your nomination to be considered.
