Chad Wien is in his third season as hitting coach for Sea Gull Baseball.
 
Wien began his coaching career with Delmar Little League when he was 14 years old. In college he interned for the Delmarva Aces travel program, coaching players aged 8-18 for five years.
 
After graduating from Delmar High School, Wein played two years collegiately at Frostburg State University. He then transferred to the University of South Florida and became a player-manager for the club baseball team.
