Tyler Linscott was named Salisbury's head Men's and Women's Tennis coach and Tennis Center Director in October 2025 and enters his second season leading the Sea Gulls in 2026-27.

Coaching Career Prior to Salisbury
Linscott arrived at Salisbury after a successful one-year stint as the assistant Women's Tennis coach at Washington & Lee in 2024-25. During his lone season in Lexington, the Generals posted an 18-6 record, went 10-0 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play, won the ODAC Tournament championship, reached the NCAA Tournament Round of 16, and ascended as high as No. 7 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national rankings.
Before W&L, Linscott was Director of Tennis at Willamette University from 2022-24, where he served as head coach of both the men's and women's teams. He has also spent time in assistant roles at Amherst College and Linfield College. Linscott also boasts experience as an assistant coach for Team USA Wheelchair Tennis.
Playing Career
Linscott began his collegiate playing career at Whittier College from 2013-16 before transferring to Linfield, where he earned First-Team All-Northwest Conference honors as a singles and doubles player.
Personal Life
A native of Tucson, Ariz., Linscott completed his B.A. in Education from Linfield in 2018.
