HOW IT HAPPENED

Salisbury's first shot would come from Dylan Parks in the 41st minute, his shot would be blocked by the Falcon defense.

The start of the second half, Beau Johnson would find his first opportunity in the 56th minute, his low shot attempt would be saved.

The first overtime period was very defensive for the Sea Gulls, the lone shot came from Ryan Spadin, but his shot missed left.

A penalty kick was called with three minutes left in the first overtime when Josh Woozley was fouled in the box.

Dolph Hegewisch's penalty shot was denied by the Messiah goalie.

Not even a minute later, another penalty kick was called, this time for the Falcons. A huge save was made on Luke Groothoff's attempt by Ryan Miller.

Salisbury's defense held tight in the overtime to keep the game scoreless.
