To be named All-Region an athlete needs to be a top-5 finisher in their individual events to earn the distinction, or be one of the top-3 finishing relay teams in the region. The regions used for this award match those used during the cross country season – Atlantic, Central, Great Lakes, Mideast, Midwest, New England, South/Southeast and West.

On the men's side six different members of the maroon and gold earned All-Region honors. Donovan Beckett-Simms and Duncan Ferrin each earned a spot on the list of honorees for their performances in their respective field events, Beckett-Simms in the triple jump and Ferrin in the weight throw.

Ethan Binnix, Tyler Hardman, Alex Hardman, and Mickey Van Gieson were also named to the team for their joint performance in the 4x400-meter relay.

Four women earned recognition for their individual performances in their respective events. Kyleigh Dumas and Imani Hasell each earned recognition for their performances in the field events.
