FROSTBURG, Md. – Junior Nicole Sisco scored 16 points and pulled down 11 rebounds for her seventh career double-double, leading the Salisbury University women's basketball team past Frostburg State University, 66-52, in Capital Athletic Conference action at Bobcat Arena on Saturday.
