GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Salisbury University women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Arcadia on Sunday to wrap up the two-day Arcadia Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Arcadia forward Erin Vander Plaat scored the first goal in the first half in the 20th minute after she picked up a loose ball in front of the net.
  • Arcadia doubled their lead right before the first half on a goal by Megan Mannato on an assist by Gabby Rhoads.
  • Salisbury put a pair of shots on target in the second half, but Arcadia's defense held on to the shutout.
