KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches announced the 2019 NCAA Division III Women's All-Region Teams on Monday and Salisbury University senior defender Jenna Beck and junior midfielder Brooke Rossiter were named to the All-South Atlantic Region Teams.
Beck landed a spot on the All-South Atlantic Second Team. She was part of a stout Salisbury defense that registered 12 shutouts during the regular season. Beck also factored into the offensive side of the ball with five goals and an assist in the season.
Rossiter was selected to the All-South Atlantic Third Team. Rossiter tied for second in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) with eight goals. She finished tied for fourth in the CAC with 19 points.
It is the first time Salisbury picked up two all-region selections since the 2011 season.
Both Beck and Rossiter were named to the All-CAC First Team following the 2019 regular season. Beck is a two-time All-CAC honoree while Rossiter was tabbed for the CAC All-Tournament Team.
Back and Rossiter helped the Sea Gulls win the regular season CAC crown with an overall record of 13-3-3 and a conference record of 9-0-1.
