FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Salisbury University sophomore Heather Delaplaine was named Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Runner of the week for the third time in 2019 on Monday.
Delaplaine competed in the 6k women's event at the Hood College Open in Frederick, Maryland on Saturday, finishing fourth overall out of a field of 135 runners.
