Carrie Jacoby joins the Sea Gull Softball staff in 2026 after graduating from Salisbury as a Biology Major that is currently training to become an EMT. Jacoby, the Lusby, Md. native, contributed to 166 wins since the start of the 2022 season, one Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference championship, three NCAA Tournament appearances, two College World Series berths, and a national runner-up finish in 2023.
Jacoby played in 174 games, posting a .367 batting average with 164 hits, 34 doubles, 18 home runs, and 122 RBIs. She earned All-C2C First-Team honors twice, All Region, C2C Tournament MVP, and NCAA All-Tournamnt team honors. Just last year she was named NFCA First-Team All-American. Off the field she works closely with Team Impact and SU Softball's favorite unbreakable Emerson, while also being a member of the Psi Chi chapter at Salisbury. She currently still resides in Salisbury while being one class away from becoming an EMT.
