As the Associate Director of Athletics for External Affairs, Bradley dealt with Athletic fundraising, sponsorships, athletic camps, ticketing, rentals and events in addition to other duties.

Bradley, an Eastern Shore native, grew up on Salisbury’s campus where his mother, Sylvia Bradley taught for 30 years in the history department and help found the Edward H. Nabb Research Center. He worked as an undergraduate in the summers for the Salisbury University Public Relations and Sports Information offices.

After graduating from the University of Maryland, Bradley worked there in Campus Recreation as the Coordinator of Student Personnel before returning to The Shore in 2001. He was hired as the Sports Information Director at UMES and held that role for two years before being promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics where he began working with facility and game day operations as well as corporate sponsorships. He was promoted to Associate Director of Athletics for External Affairs in 2012.

During his time at UMES, he redesigned the website three times, oversaw the creation of a new athletic logo series and branding, expanded the Media Relations, Strength and Conditioning and Athletic Training staffs, created broadcast and streaming agreements and reached sponsorship deals with Nike, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, several area hotels, car dealers and restaurants. He also helped craft the current Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) policy for the University.

Bradley holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and two Master's Degrees, one in Human Resource Management and the other in Business Administration, both from the University of Maryland University College, now University of Maryland Global Campus. He was awarded the Tourism Hospitality Award from Wicomico County in 2020, was named the Hawk of the Year at UMES in 2013 and Black College Sports Information Director of the Year in 2004.

Bradley is active in the community, serving in part-time or volunteer capacities with The Delmarva Shorebirds, Wicomico County Tourism and Sussex County 4-H. He also serves as the Camp Director for the Delaware 4-H State Camp each summer. In his free time, he is a 20-plus year veteran sports official for basketball, volleyball, swimming and diving and holds several USA and Mid-Atlantic Swimming certifications.

He lives in Laurel, Del. with his wife of 21 years, Jennie, their three children Carter (16), Lillie (12) and Reid (12) and four cats.
