Box Score SALISBURY, Md.- The No. 1/2 Salisbury University men's lacrosse team continued its sharp-shooting and stifling defense with a 24-2 victory over the Ohio Northern Polar Bears on Wednesday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Salisbury offense exploded in the first quarter with nine goals. Cross Ferrara got onto the scoresheet early with four of Salisbury's first five goals, including the game's first tally a minute and a half into the contest.
- It was the Logan Posner show to extend Salisbury's lead in the second quarter. Posner netted three goals in the second to push Salisbury's lead to 12-0 at the half.
- Salisbury extended the run through the third quarter to push the lead to 20-0, highlighted by three goals each by Ferrara and Jarrett Bromwell.
- Ohio Northern ended the 20-goal onslaught by Salisbury with a Chris Cranston goal in the 50th minute.
- Salisbury responded with three goals from Charlie White, Ty Keaton and Matthew Klibanoff to give Salisbury the 23-1 lead.
- John Lynn scored a man-up goal for Ohio Northern before Ryan Brown closed out the scoring in the waning moments of the game.
