SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University football team and the SU Maroon & Gold Club will celebrate the 28th Friends of Sea Gull Football Annual Golf Tournament, presented by Staples & Associates, on Saturday, July 1 at Ocean City Golf Club in Berlin, Md.
Current players, coaches, alumni and friends will tee off on July 1 at 12:30 p.m. with a shotgun start. The outing will use a four-man scramble format. Check-in begins at 11 a.m.
The cost for the event is $125 for a round of golf as an individual or $500 for a foursome. Registration includes green fees with a cart, a gift bag, hole-in-one prizes and dinner. Hole sponsorships and reverse raffle tickets are available for $100. Proceeds from the event benefit the Salisbury football program and the Coach Mike McGlinchey Endowment Fund.
The reverse raffle during the Friends of Sea Gull Football Tournament includes four tickets, airfare and two nights of hotel accommodations for a Dallas Cowboys home game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas donated by the defensive coordinator of the Cowboys, Dan Quinn '94. Additional raffle prizes are available at the event.
