Men’s Soccer earns tough draw against Stevenson, 2-2

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Sean Barwick helped Salisbury vault back into the contest, cashing in on a feed from David Peters in the 17th minute to slice the deficit to one, 2-1.
  • The defensive units controlled the remainder of the half, with the sides combining to place just three shots on goal leading up to intermission.
  • Brady Young knotted the contest up in the 71st minute, converting on a penalty kick to even the score, 2-2. The Sea Gulls got a pair of shots on goal in the final minute, but Stevenson turned both away to save the draw.
