Men's Season Recap

The Sea Gull men finished the regular dual-meet season with a record of 8-3. Salisbury closed out the regular season on a three-meet win streak, highlighted by a win over Frostburg State, an NCAA Division II program. In the midst of another historic season, SU saw six of its men's program records beaten and also earned its first-ever victory over 22nd-ranked NJAC rival Rowan on Nov. 11.

Per SwimCloud, Salisbury enters the NJAC Championships as the third-best program in the conference, ranking 46th in Division III and trailing only 13th-ranked TCNJ and 23rd-ranked Rowan.

Chris Knorr, 11-11-2023
Our men's team is very young, with 17 of our scoring members being either freshmen or sophomores. This year will be a great opportunity for them to get experience and continue building toward some NCAA aspirations in the future. We will look to slug it out in the top five for the best possible finish we can pull off as a team.

Women's Season Recap

The Sea Gull women won their most-ever matches in a dual-meet season, finishing 9-2 as a team and smashing 17 program records. The final stretch of the season for the Sea Gulls was nothing but success for the team as they defeated NCAA Division II program Frostburg State, earned a win over Marymount on Senior Day, and took down Catholic for the first time in program history.

Per SwimCloud, the Sea Gulls are projected to finish second in the NJAC table at the conference championship meet behind only Mary Washington.

Women's Swimming vs. Rowan, 11-11-2023
With arguably the best rookie class in the NJAC, our scoring team is highlighted by nine incredible freshmen women who will help elevate this team to contend among the top half of the conference. On paper, we should be deep across all events and make a push for some individual medals and a program-best finish by Sunday.
