2024 Men's Soccer Season Preview

2023 REWIND: ON THE RISE

The 2023 Salisbury men's soccer team took major strides, shaving seven losses off the total from ‘22 and finishing 7-5-5 to secure the program’s first winning season since 2018. The squad earned key results against No. 2 Messiah (T, 1-1) and No. 25 Christopher Newport (W, 1-0) while claiming three of its final four regular season matches. The Sea Gull back line stood tall in the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Tournament, denying third-seeded UW-Platteville for 110 minutes before bowing out to the league's runner-up in penalties.

THE 2024 SEA GULLS

Salisbury returns all but one Sea Gull to the flock in ‘24, including 24 of the team’s 27 goals scored. Both all-conference honorees return in Gavin Miller and Dale Gordon, while the team boasts a strong group of five senior/fifth-year contributors in Josh Wendel, Alex Floyd, Brady Young, Ethan Dolezal, and Sean Barwick. The Sea Gulls welcome 11 fresh faces to a young squad in which 21 of 34 players are first or second-year players.
