THE RUNDOWN

The Salisbury University men's soccer team makes a familiar trip to Newport News, Va., for the 2025 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) Men's Soccer Championship, hosted by Christopher Newport University Captains Field. The team commences its tournament run on Thursday, Nov. 6th, with a 7 p.m. showdown against the sixth-seeded Warren Wilson College Owls.

The Sea Gulls closed the regular season with a pair of draws against C2C rivals Christopher Newport and Mary Washington, entering the postseason with a 7-5-5 overall record.
David Brunetti has led the Sea Gull attack as a freshman in 2025 with a team-leading 7 goals.
Juniors Dale Gordon and Liam Pierce complimented Brunetti. Gordon leads the team in assists (5) and Pierce is right behind Brunetti in goals (5).

The Sea Gulls are pursuing their ninth conference championship in program history and their first since 2015.
