2024-25 Men's & Women's Golf Season Preview

SALISBURY'S NEWEST SPORT

Men's and Women's Golf were announced as Salisbury University's newest varsity sports in March 2023, becoming the 22nd and 23rd programs sponsored by Sea Gull Athletics. Then-Salisbury State College previously fielded a golf team from 1973-85 that included both men and women.

THE 2024-25 SEA GULLS

The Sea Gull men feature a team of 10 golfers, while the Sea Gull women will field a team of four. While a majority of its golfers from Maryland, SU also brings in athletes from Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Ontario to fill out the roster.

We've already got a lot of good things rolling early in the season. We'll have a successful fall if we grow tighter as a team and travel well. That looks like putting our best foot forward, playing our best, and representing the logo that's on our chest well.
