SALISBURY, Md. – The 29th-ranked Salisbury University men's tennis team bounced back from a pair of tough outings to rout the Stevenson Mustangs, 7-0, on Senior Day Sunday afternoon at the SU Outdoor Tennis Center.
 
MATCH NOTES

• Playing as a pair for the first time collegiately, brothers Asher Willenborg and Russell Willenborg cruised to victory in first doubles, 6-2.
• Four seniors teamed up for convincing margins in second and third doubles. Jhayden Pappas and Gianluca Beaujon swept second 6-0, while Christopher Catan and Mitchell Desman rolled 6-1 in third.
• Catan (6-4, 6-1) and Desman (6-0, 6-0) made quick work of first and second singles, respectively, while fifth-year man Russell Willenborg swept through third singles (6-2, 6-0).
• Aron Bursztyn, Chase Catullo, and Bobby Stabile each posted perfect 6-0, 6-0 marks in fourth, fifth, and sixth singles to assure the Salisbury sweep.

 
The Sea Gulls will cap the regular season by facing No. 62 UC Santa Cruz on Thursday afternoon. First serve from the SU Tennis Center is set for 3 p.m.
