Salisbury used a late offensive push to secure the game one win over Meredith. The game was tied 1-1 through the first three innings of action. The Sea Gulls earned their run in the bottom of the first with Sam Flowers leading off with a walk and coming around to score on an error. The Avenging Angels score their run in the top of the third to tie the game.

SU tallied two runs in the fourth inning to take a commanding 3-1 lead after Grace Couch scored on a wild pitch and Avery Cozzi earned an RBI single, scoring Alayna Gigliotti, who singled earlier in the inning. The Avenging Angels answered quickly in the top of the fifth with two runs to tie the game.
