SALISBURY, Md. - Due to the threat of inclement weather throughout the weekend, the start time for Friday's NCAA Super Regional opener between the seventh-ranked Salisbury University baseball team and 21st-ranked UChicago has been moved up one hour to 11 a.m. inside Donnie Williams Sea Gull Baseball Stadium.
Tournament officials will continue monitoring the forecast throughout Friday's action, and following the conclusion of Game 1 of the best-of-three series, a decision will be made whether or not to also play Game 2 on Friday afternoon. Per NCAA regulations, all Super Regional sites must finish up gameplay by the end of Sunday.
The
Salisbury Super Regional Information page will be the first source to be updated with any changes regarding gameplay this weekend.
