Box Score SALISBURY, Md. – The sixth-ranked Salisbury University men's lacrosse team clinched the Coastal Lacrosse Conference's (CLC) automatic qualifier to reach its 37th consecutive and 43rd overall NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Tournament,
officially unveiled by the NCAA on Sunday evening.
The Sea Gulls will host the second and third rounds of the bracket beginning Saturday, May 9th, facing the winner of a first-round battle between Roanoke and Marymount (Va.) at 4:00 p.m. After Salisbury's 3:00 p.m. contest, 11th-ranked (NPI) RIT and 23rd-ranked Elmhurst will square off inside Sea Gull Stadium at 6:30 p.m.
Salisbury took home their 28th conference title and ninth consecutive, cruising past Stockton, 18-5 on Wednesday in the CLC semifinal and rattling off seven unanswered goals to come back from 9-3 down and win 10-9 in overtime against No. 4 CNU in the CLC final on Sunday.
Roanoke earned the final at-large bid into the dance. The Maroons went 13-5 and 8-2 inside the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, advancing to the ODAC's semifinal round before falling to No. 8 Lynchburg, 18-16.
Marymount (Va.) automatically qualified by winning the Atlantic East Conference Tournament, marking their first conference title, downing Immaculata, 11-7. The Saints are riding a six-game winning streak heading into the bracket.
RIT will make its 16th straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament after handling Union on Sunday, 17-7, to claim its 13th Liberty League title. The Tigers were the last team standing in 2021 and 2022 for their first NCAA titles in program history.
Elmhurst will play its first NCAA Tournament game in program history when they face off with RIT. The Bluejays prevailed against Illinois Wesleyan, 19-9, to hoist their first College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin trophy.
Fans can rent a Sea Gull Stadium suite to be used for all NCAA men's and women's lacrosse games in 2026 for $1,500, with tickets sold separately. Single-game purchases for the men's tournament are also available for $650, while suites for individual women's tournament matchups can be purchased for $350. A two-game Sunday package is also available for the men's and women's contests that day for $900.

The 2026 NCAA Division III National Championship game is set for Sunday, May 25th at 12 p.m. inside Scott Stadium in Charlottesville, Va.
