Kelly Baskow enters her 12th season at the helm for the Sea Gulls in 2022-23. Under Baskow, Salisbury women's basketball has enjoyed eight winning seasons and its deepest-ever run into the NCAA Tournament in 2015.

- Nov. 20, 2011 – Salisbury defeats Oneonta State 72-57 for Coach Baskow’s first win as the Sea Gulls’ head coach
- Feb. 28, 2015 – Top-seeded Salisbury defeats No. 2 Mary Washington 74-68 (2OT) to clinch the program’s first CAC Tournament championship and NCAA Tournament berth since 2001-02

Coaching Career Prior to Salisbury
Baskow was named the 14th head coach in Salisbury history on July 1, 2011, after spending three seasons as an assistant coach at Gettysburg College. The program posted a 57-23 record (.713) during that span. The team's best performance came during the 2009-10 campaign, as Gettysburg collected 24 victories and advanced to the NCAA Division III Sweet Sixteen.
Playing Career
Baskow was a four-year letterwinner at the University of Scranton from 2002-06. She scored over 500 points with nearly 400 rebounds, nearly 200 assists and over 150 steals over 122 games for the Royals. Scranton made four straight appearances in the NCAA Tournament, including back-to-back Final Four appearances in 2005 and 2006. Baskow was also a three-time member of the Middle Atlantic Conference Academic Honor Roll and spent two seasons as a member of Scranton’s women’s lacrosse team.
Personal Life
Baskow, a native of Willow Grove, Pa., graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology 2006 and earned her Master’s degree in Sports and Recreation Administration from Temple University in 2008.
