Box Score SALISBURY, Md. - Strong winds along with
persistent rain showers forced the temperature to drop below 40

bone chilling Capital Athletic Conference game against University
of Mary Washington before 50 brave fans at Sea Gull Stadium.

conference winning streak. Mary Washington (11-6, 5-2 CAC) will

five ground balls. Her performance comes on the heels of being
named player of the week by three different organizations this
week.

contributed one goal apiece. Goalie Danni Guigli suffered the loss

balls.
SU outshot UMW 31-25, scooped up 22 ground balls, won 12-of-21
draw controls and converted 17-of-28 clear attempts.
As the No. 1 seed in the CAC tournament the Sea Gulls receive a
first round bye and will face the winner of Saturday's quarterfinal
game between fourth-seed Stevenson University (9-6, 4-3 CAC) and
fifth-seed Marymount (Va.) University (6-7, 3-4 CAC). SU will
host the CAC semifinal game on Tuesday, April 21. No game time has
