Box Score

SALISBURY, Md. - The No. 1 Salisbury University women's lacrosse team advanced to the Capital Athletic Conference championship with a 19-8 victory over visiting Stevenson University on Tuesday night. The two teams were forced to seek shelter within the confines of Sea Gull Stadium for over an hour during a severe thunderstorm in the area with 24 minutes left in the second half as SU led 15-6.

The top-seed and six-time defending CAC champion Sea Gulls (16-1) will take on third-seed University of Mary Washington (13-6) on Friday, April 24, at Sea Gull Stadium at a time to be determined. The Eagles defeated second-seed St. Mary's (Md.) College, 23-17, in Southern Maryland in the other semifinal game.
