ST. MARY'S CITY, Md.- The Salisbury University men's soccer team finished their undefeated run at the Seahawk Classic with a 4-1 victory over the Bridgewater Eagles on Sunday.

Salisbury got the scoring started when Dolph Hegewisch found Josh Woozley in the 23rd minute mark for the Sea Gulls first goal of the day.

The Sea Gulls added their second goal of the game in the 30th minute from Trent Hofmeister.

Hegewisch would find Woozley again only a minute after the Hofmeister goal to extend Salisbury's lead to 3-0 in the first half.

Kevin Eriksen would get in on the scoring for the Sea Gulls in the 78th minute after an assist from Ryan Spadin.

Bridgewater cut the Salisbury lead to 4-1 in the 83rd minute after an unassisted goal by Sam Beckman

Salisbury outshot Bridgewater, 22-9.

Salisbury also held the advantage in corner kicks, 8-3.

Ryan Miller got the start the goal and played the first half for the Sea Gulls while Sam Roy and Ashton Carey split the second half.

Dolph Hegewisch continued his points streak to four games with two assists against Bridgewater.

Josh Woozley collected the first multi-goal game of his career and pushed his season total to three.

Sam Roy would see action in the second half and record the first save of his senior campaign.

Ashton Carey would also take the field for the first time in his Salisbury career.

Salisbury will be back in action Sat. Sept. 14 when they return to SU Soccer Complex to host the Virginia Wesleyan Marlins.
