Fan Information for “Super Saturday” at Salisbury University

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University athletic department announced important fan information for the home athletic events on Saturday, Nov. 12.

FIELD HOCKEY

The opening game of the Saturday slate is the NCAA Second Round matchup between the top-ranked Salisbury University field hockey team against the 12th-ranked York Spartans. The game will begin at 10 a.m. at Sea Gull Stadium.

Ticket prices will be $5 for general admission and $3 for students (3-22). Children under three will be admitted for free. Ticket sales and Sea Gull Stadium gates will open an hour before game time.

The second game of the second round of the tournament will be between the eighth-ranked Williams Ephs and the 13th-ranked Washington & Lee Generals. The game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. at Sea Gull Stadium.

Fans will be asked to clear the stand following the conclusion of the final game of the second round.

FOOTBALL

The final game of the day at Sea Gull Stadium will be the No. 25 Salisbury University football team battling the CNU Captains. Kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m. with senior day taking place before the opening kick.

Salisbury and CNU enter Saturday's game as the two undefeated teams in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) and will play for the NJAC Championship and the league's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

Ticket prices are $7 for general admission, $5 for non-SU students and SU alumni and $3 for children ages 5-12. Children under five and SU students, faculty and staff (with valid ID) are free.

Ticket sales and Sea Gull Stadium gates will open an hour before kickoff, following the conclusion of the second round of the NCAA Field Hockey Tournament. It is encouraged that fans come early to purchase tickets for the game.

MEN'S BASKETBALL

On Salisbury's main campus, the Salisbury University men's basketball team will host the 10th-ranked Johns Hopkins Blue Jays at Maggs Physical Activities Center. The game is set for a 5 p.m. tip off. Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for the team's Thanksgiving Food Drive. Bins will be placed at the entrance of the gym at Maggs PAC.

Ticket prices are $7 for general admission, $5 for non-SU students and SU alumni and $3 for children ages 5-12. Children under five and SU students, faculty and staff (with valid ID) are free.

Ticket sales and Maggs PAC will open an hour before tipoff.

PARKING

Fans are strongly encouraged to park in the Wayne Street Parking Garage. The parking garage is located within walking distance to Sea Gull Stadium and Maggs Physical Activities Center.
