Box Score RADNOR, Pa. – Facing a three-goal deficit against 12th-ranked Cabrini with two minutes to go in the fourth quarter, the third-ranked Salisbury University men's lacrosse team rallied to force overtime. In the second overtime, Cross Ferrara drained the golden goal to allow the Sea Gulls to prevail over the upset-minded Cavaliers, 10-9, on Friday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After almost 10 minutes of back-and-forth play, the Sea Gulls got on the board with a goal from Brice Bromwell.
- The Cavaliers answered the Sea Gull goal with a goal from Austin Bolton to tie the game at one.
- The Sea Gulls controlled most of the second quarter with a four-goal run. The run was highlighted by a pair of Cross Ferrara goals.
- The Cavaliers cut the deficit to 5-2 before the break with a goal from Mikey Vanaman with 33 seconds remaining in the half.
- The Cavaliers rode the momentum into the third quarter and blanked the Sea Gulls. Cabrini scored twice in the third to trim the Sea Gull lead to one, 5-4, after three quarters.
- Salisbury opened the fourth with a goal from Ferrara to push the lead back to two, 6-4.
- Cabrini stormed ahead in the fourth quarter with a 5-0 run, which was capped by a Jake Schneider goal with 3:34 left in regulation, to take a 9-6 lead over Salisbury.
- Charlie White started the comeback with just under two minutes left in the fourth. Back-to-back Jarrett Bromwell goals in the final 1:30 of regulation tied the game at nine and forced overtime. Bromwell tallied the game-tying goal with 31 seconds left on the clock to force overtime.
- After a scoreless first overtime, Ferrara scored his fourth goal of the game less than a minute into the second overtime period to give the Sea Gulls the walk-off win.
SALISBURY GAME NOTES
- Cross Ferrara led the Sea Gulls with four goals. Ferrara is currently one goal behind tying Jason Coffman's career scoring mark of 249 goals.
- Jarrett Bromwell tallied a hat trick.
- Charlie White added in two goals.
- The Sea Gulls finished 10-of-24 in faceoffs. Ham McPartland won all 10 of SU's faceoffs with five ground balls.
- John DeFazio led the defense with two caused turnovers and three ground balls.
- Zack Timmons scooped up four ground balls.
- Z.J. Shahin earned the win with 12 saves.
CABRINI GAME NOTES
- Mikey Vanaman tallied a team-high three points on a goal and two assists.
- Dillon McManus and Max Drift scored two goals each.
- Jake Huey went 14-for-24 at the X with a game high 10 ground balls
- Zack Kaut led the Cavalier defense with two caused turnovers and three ground balls.
- Matt Nestler started in net for the Cavaliers with 13 saves.
