The Salisbury University men's basketball team prepares to tip off the 2024-25 campaign on Friday, Nov. 8th, beginning the sixth season under head coach Maurice “Mo” Williams after winning 14 games a season ago, the most of Williams' tenure.
An influx of four talented freshmen and three veteran transfers helps to bolster a team returning eight players from the 2023-24 campaign. Highlighting the incoming group is senior guard Kedrick Frink, who averaged just shy of 15 points and six boards per game across 71 starts at Washington College.
Jordan Oates looks to follow up on a dominant 2023-24 campaign that saw him log career-highs in points (442), points-per-game (16.4), rebounds-per-game (12.5), field-goal percentage (.500), minutes (832), and blocks (33). Oates led the C2C in offensive rebounding (3.7), and total rebounding while finishing second in scoring. Salisbury plays a loaded home schedule late in the year, playing nine of the final 11 regular season contests inside Maggs Gymnasium.
