The Gulls shot 44 percent from the three-point line in the first half of action while also earning 18 points off second-chance opportunities. The Salisbury bench also posted 16 points in the first half.

The Ospreys went on to outscore the Sea Gulls 47-39 in the second half, but were not able to overcome the first-half deficit. Stockton scored 16 points off turnovers in the second half, which helped them crawl back into the game. Both teams shot the ball at a 35 percent clip in the second half.

In his Sea Gull debut, Jamison Graves led all scorers with 26 points, shooting 50 percent from three-point range, going five of 10, and also adding five steals. Also in his SU debut, Churchill Bounds posted 13 points and six rebounds.
