Inman, Rosemond tabbed for summer collegiate All-Star teams

SALISBURY, Md. – Two members of the Salisbury University baseball teams were selected to the All-Star teams in their respective wood-bat summer collegiate leagues this month. Infielder Jackson Inman of the Batavia Muckdogs earned a slot on the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL) teams, while pitcher Shawn Rosemond of the Olney Cropdusters earned a selection as a Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League (CRCBL) All-Star.

Inman (Fr. – Damascus, Md.) has built on a stellar rookie campaign by helping to power the Muckdogs to a 20-9-1 record as of publication of this release, good for first place in the PGCBL West Division. Through 23 games he is slashing .329/.429/.493 with six doubles, three triples, 22 runs, 17 RBIs, three stolen bases, and a .922 OPS. Inman is one of three Batavia regulars to post an OPS north of .900.

Inman played in all 44 games (43 starts) for the Sea Gulls in 2025, batting .353 with 21 extra-base hits, 41 runs, 44 RBIs, six steals, and a 1.072 OPS. He was named to the All-Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) First Team and the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) All-Region Third Team.

Rosemond (Jr. – Ocean City, Md.) has been lights out on the hill, helping to guide the Cropdusters to a 16-11 mark, second-best in the CRCBL. The southpaw has made eight appearances as of publication, boasting a 2-1 record and 1.10 ERA over 16.1 innings, walking just seven batters and striking out 19. Rosemond's ERA is Olney's lowest among pitchers who have racked up at least 10 innings of work.

Rosemond made 13 appearances for SU in 2025, going 2-1 and fanning 15 batters in 14 innings. He saved his best work for the NCAA Tournament, tossing 3.2 scoreless frames over two appearances in the regional and super regional rounds.

Inman and Rosemond will try and build on their summer momentum as they return to a Sea Gull team that went 34-10 in 2025, winning the C2C championship and a fifth straight NCAA regional crown. Salisbury will begin its 2026 season in February, with the schedule to be revealed in the coming months.
