Women’s Soccer falls to No. 2 William Smith

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University women's soccer team was defeated by the No. 2 William Smith Herons on Sunday at the Gerry DiBartolo Sea Gull Soccer Complex.  

After a scoreless first half, Casey Holstein and Ruth Hotaling found the back of the net twice in the 60th minute for the Herons. William Smith would add one more tally in the 88th minute from Julia Bragg.

GAME NOTES The Sea Gulls go across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to Baltimore on Wednesday to face the No. 5 Johns Hopkins University Blue Jays. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. inside Homewood Field.
