CHESTERTOWN, Md. – The 23rd-ranked Salisbury University women's swimming team will enter championship season riding a three-meet winning streak after rolling through the Washington College Shorewomen 190.5-68.5 on Friday night at the Eugene B. Casey Swim Center.
MEET NOTES
- Libby Miyashita continued her strong late-season push with three gold medals, taking solo markers in the 100-yard butterfly (59.88) and 100 individual medley (1:02.88).
- Addi Wood secured two victories in middle-distance freestyle races, taking gold in the 200 free (2:02.18) and 500 free (5:25.06).
- Rowan O'Donoghue added three golds and one silver to this season's personal treasure chest, including a solo win in the 100 free (53.39) and runner-up finish in the 200 IM (2:11.62).
- Logan Bagley and Kira Brown each came away with a gold and a silver. Bagley took first in the 50 backstroke (28.64) and second in the 100 IM (1:04.25); Brown, the 50 breaststroke (32.39) and 100 breast (1:11.05).
- Mackenzie Gula saw gold on three occasions, including as a soloist in the 200 IM (2:11.32).
- The Sea Gulls led off the day with a convincing win in the 200 medley relay, with Isabelle Salvatore, Gula, Miyashita, and O'Donoghue teaming up for a winning mark of 1:48.87.
- SU finished the day sweeping the podium in the 400 free relay. Leading the charge in first place (3:39.25) were Gula, Alexa Hilty, Lily Griffin, and O'Donoghue. Second place (3:49.15) was helmed by Rachel Rickabaugh, Jenna Krawlzik, Sadie Hebert, and Maddie Powell; rolling in third place (3:50.28) were Kaitlyn McGuire, Olivia Polucha, Brown, and Grace Wienckowski.
- Salisbury skipped town with 29 total medals, including 13 gold, seven silver, and nine bronze.

The Sea Gulls conclude the regular season with a 6-2 record in dual meets. SU now turns its attention to the 2026 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Swimming & Diving Championships, which will be held at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va., on Feb. 12-15. Salisbury is the reigning NJAC women's champion after winning its first-ever conference title in 2025.
