GETTYSBURG, Pa. – The Salisbury women's soccer team fell 1-0 to the Gettysburg College Bullets after conceding in the 88th minute on Saturday afternoon at Clark Field.
The Sea Gulls (2-8-1) held strong defensively while being outshot 8-3 in the first 45 minutes of play.
Aley Martins anchored the SU backline with four saves, and
Bailey Knotts fired two shots on the other end of the pitch.
Martins held the line until the waning minutes, when Kate Labarge broke the ice and gave the Bullets (5-3-2) the eventual game-winner. SU was outpaced 9-2 in the shot department during the frame, while
Lacey Hoageson and
Talyn Catena placed a pair of attempts off target.

- Aley Martins made a career-best seven saves while playing the full 90 minutes for a second consecutive match.
The Sea Gulls head to Reading, Pa., to take on Penn State Berks next. First kick is tabbed for 6 p.m.
