SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University volleyball team officially peeled back the curtain on its 2026 slate on Tuesday. The Sea Gulls will play six fixtures inside the Maggs Physical Activities Center while visiting a plethora of elite programs throughout the fall.
Salisbury will open the campaign with four straight matches at home, starting on Tuesday, Sept. 1, against Stockton at 4 p.m. The Sea Gulls will then welcome Drew, Lebanon Valley, and Muskingum to Maggs for the annual Margie Knight Classic on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 4-5. SU will joust with Drew on Friday at 4 p.m., followed by Saturday matchups with Muskingum and LVC at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., respectively.
The Sea Gulls then set a course for Medford, Mass., and a Sept. 11-12 quad against nationally-prominent teams in Trinity (Texas), Bowdoin, and hosts Tufts. The gauntlet continues on Sept. 18-19 at Batten University – formerly known as Virginia Wesleyan – with two showdowns against Benedictine (Ill.) and one against hosts Batten. Following a Sept. 25-26 weekend quad at Swarthmore with Widener and DeSales, Salisbury will close out the month at St. Mary's (Md.) on Sept. 30 at 6 p.m.
October begins with the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) Invitational on Oct. 2-3 that will see Salisbury take the court against hosts Mary Washington and UC Santa Cruz. Then on Oct. 10 the Sea Gulls will battle for "SU" supremacy at Stevenson in a tri-match that also features Susquehanna. SU is set for another tri-match on Oct. 17, this time at Rowan against the hosts and Brooklyn College.
After 16 straight matches on the road, the Sea Gulls finally make their return to Maggs on Wednesday, Oct. 21, with a titanic C2C showdown against Christopher Newport at 6 p.m. SU next heads to Baltimore on Oct. 24 for a fixture with Johns Hopkins, then on Oct. 30-31 it's down to Newport News to face CNU on Friday and Washington & Lee on Saturday.
SU wraps up the regular season at home with a Senior Day matchup against C2C foe Regent on Friday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. The following week Salisbury heads back to Fredericksburg, Va., for the C2C Tournament, hosted by Mary Washington, on Nov. 13-14.
