SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury University men's soccer head coach Zack MacDougall announced the addition of assistant coach Ludovic Bell to his staff on Wednesday.
"I'm incredibly excited to add someone of Vic's caliber to the program," MacDougall said. "He brings a tremendous soccer background and a wealth of knowledge that will immediately benefit our players both on and off the field. His passion for the game, commitment to player development and experience truly stand out. We're fortunate to have him as part of our program moving forward."
Bell joins the Sea Gulls after spending three years as an assistant coach for MLS Next's Baltimore Armour, helping lead the U16 and U17 teams to quarterfinal appearances in 2024 and 2025, respectively. He was also involved in recruiting efforts for the academy while developing 11 Division I commits, earning a spot on the MLS Next Team of the Month in March 2025.
The Rockville, Maryland, native possesses head coaching experience overseas in Germany, where his 17U squad, SV Blau–Gelb, in Frankfurt, Germany, earned promotion to the Gruppenliga. Before being a head coach, Bell was an assistant coach for the 13U, 14U and 19U teams for SV Blau-Gelb, where he coached the 14U club in Germany's top youth league, Verbandsliga.
Bell graduated from the University of Akron in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management/Sport Science and played Division I soccer at Alabama A&M from 2008 to 2010.
