SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University women's basketball team pulled back the curtain on its 2026-27 schedule on Tuesday. The Sea Gulls prepare for a full slate featuring multiple tournament competitions, and 11 home contests.
Salisbury opens the season in Chester, Pa., at the Widener Tournament starting Friday, Nov. 6. The Sea Gulls will take on Centenary University (N.J.) at 7 p.m. before playing either Widener or Marywood on Saturday, Nov. 7.
The Sea Gulls then return home for the first time on Saturday, Nov. 14, when they welcome Rutgers-Camden to Maggs Gymnasium for a 2 p.m. tip-off. Salisbury will then host Penn State Abington on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 5:30 p.m.
The weekend before Thanksgiving, the Sea Gulls will participate in the Governors Challenge Collegiate at the Wicomico County Civic Center. Salisbury will take on Neumann University on Saturday, Nov. 21, at 1 p.m. before playing either Rowan or Lehman on Sunday, Nov. 22, looking to defend their title.
After the Governor's Challenge Tournament, Salisbury travels to St. Mary's College of Maryland on Saturday, Nov. 28, for a 2 p.m. matchup. The Sea Gulls then return home on Wednesday, Dec. 2, to take on Marymount University at 6 p.m.
The Sea Gulls hit the road for back-to-back contests against Gwynedd Mercy University on Saturday, Dec. 5, and Shenandoah University on Wednesday, Dec. 9. Salisbury then welcomes Batten University to Maggs Gymnasium on Saturday, Dec. 12, at 1 p.m. for Camper Appreciation Day.
Salisbury closes out the month of December with road contests against Cedar Crest College on Saturday, Dec. 19, and Stevenson University on Wednesday, Dec. 30.
The Sea Gulls begin the new year at home on Saturday, Jan. 2, against Franklin and Marshall College at 1 p.m. Salisbury then welcomes McDaniel College to Maggs Gymnasium on Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 5:30 p.m. for Youth Day before traveling to Immaculata University on Saturday, Jan. 9.
Salisbury heads south to Charlotte, N.C., for the JWU Tournament on Jan. 15-16. The Sea Gulls open tournament play against the University of California, Santa Cruz on Friday, Jan. 15, at 3 p.m. before taking on Johnson & Wales Charlotte on Saturday, Jan. 16, at 1 p.m.
The Sea Gulls return to Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference action on Saturday, Jan. 23, when they travel to the University of Mary Washington for a 2 p.m. contest. Salisbury then returns home on Wednesday, Jan. 27, to host Christopher Newport University at 6 p.m. before traveling to Regent University on Saturday, Jan. 30.
The final stretch of the regular season begins on Thursday, Feb. 4, when Salisbury hosts Notre Dame of Maryland University at 6 p.m. for its annual Play4Kay game. The Sea Gulls then welcome Mary Washington to Maggs Gymnasium on Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 6 p.m. before traveling to Christopher Newport on Saturday, Feb. 13.
Salisbury wraps up the regular season on Saturday, Feb. 20, when the Sea Gulls host Regent University at 2 p.m. for Senior Day.
The Sea Gulls will then travel to Santa Cruz, Calif., for the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Tournament, which is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 25, through Saturday, Feb. 27.
