ORLANDO, Fla. – The Salisbury University women's team rebounded in a big way with a 6-3 win over the William Smith Herons on the second day of the spring trip at the USTA National Campus in Orlando.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Sea Gulls got off to a strong start with a pair of wins in doubles matches. Sarah Dover and Elizabeth Christine won a long tiebreaker in second doubles to earn the 8-7 (13-10) win/
- Sarah Cooper and Hannah Carter cruised to an 8-1 win in third doubles over Charlotte Sanford and Emma Johnston.
- Salisbury continued its strong performance in singles matches.
- Veronica Cuellar got a 6-4, 7-5 victory over Maggie Bonomo in first singles.
- Christine, Carter and Cooper each dominated their singles matches with straight sweeps in third through sixth singles.
