Box Score FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Salisbury University women's tennis team fell to the 30th-ranked Mary Washington Eagles in a Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference match on Wednesday.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The closest match in doubles was in No. 1 doubles with Katherine Tamesis and Olivia Hall dropping an 8-3 decision to Amanda Hagino and Hana Kimmey, the sixth-ranked doubles tandem in the Atlantic South region.
• Evelyn Whiteside and Hannah Carter also scored points for Salisbury in their doubles match in an 8-2 loss to Emily Beckner and Riley Smith.
• Hall, Carter and Whiteside all tallied three points in a set in singles action.

UP NEXT

• Salisbury will host Harford Community College on Tuesday, April 18.
• The match is scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. start.
