2022 REWIND: WINTER PLACE WONDERLAND

The 2022 Salisbury cross country teams produced another solid campaign, earning a collective seven top-five team finishes, including dual wins in the Don Cathcart Invitational, and placing both teams in the top 15 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships. Both Sea Gull squads won bronze medals at the SU-hosted Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) Championships in October, the first conference meet held at Winter Place Park since 2013.

THE 2023 SEA GULLS

Salisbury returns a collective 11 runners who participated in last season's NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships. The Sea Gull women bring back six of their top seven runners from 2022, while the Sea Gull men retain five of their top seven runners from the previous campaign.

2023 Salisbury Cross Country Roster

We have awfully high expectations of ourselves this year, particularly with the seniors that we have. We want to finish in the top two at the conference meet; we feel we have a group of men and women that can take that next step. We've got a great group of men and women competing for our team and representing our institution.
