Men's Soccer lands three on United Soccer Coaches All-Region teams

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Freshman forward David Brunetti and senior midfielder Gavin Miller of the Salisbury University men's soccer team were selected to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region V Second Team and junior forward Dale Gordon was named to the Fourth Team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday morning. The trio combined to be the 64th, 65th and 66th Sea Gulls to land on an All-Region team.

Brunetti, hailing from Essex, Md., scored the most goals in a season (8) since Tanner East '14 netted eight goals in 2013. Brunetti was named Coast-to-Coast (C2C) Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year and made the All-C2C First Team in his inaugural season donning the Maroon and Gold.

Miller, a native of Salisbury, Md. and a graduate of Parkside High School, adds another accolade to his decorated SU career. In three seasons at Salisbury, Miller made the All-C2C First Team in 2024 and the Second Team in 2023 and 2025. The midfielder started in 51 of 52 games he appeared in, burying 12 goals and giving out three assists in 3920 minutes logged, while making the CSC Academic All-District Team twice.

Gordon, from Ellicott City, Md., led the team in assists (5) and put home two goals. The junior made the All-C2C Second Team for the second time in his career.

Brunetti, Gordon and Miller are the first three Sea Gulls to receive regional recognition since 2014, when Logan Becker '14 and Kyle Westbrook '14 were tabbed to the 1st and 3rd teams, respectively, and the first three honorees of the award under head coach Zach MacDougall.
