ITHACA, N.Y. - The Salisbury University Track & Field Program sent select athletes to compete in the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference where the Sea Gulls soared.
The meet was highlighted by
Kai Smith earning gold in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.64, which set a facility record at the A&E Center. The weekend was also highlighted by a school record from
Karia Forvil in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.35, which earned 5th place. Forvil also earned a PR in the 60-meter with a time of 7.89.
Jadon Gaines earned a 4th place finish in the high jump at 1.98 meters (6-6) while
Mia Hill also placed 4th in the long jump at 5.58 meters (18-3 ¾).
The mens 4x400 relay team of
Isaiah Rivera, Hayden Myers, Dominic Roddy, and
Kai Smith earned a podium finish in 5th place with a time of 3:19.77.
The NCAA Division III Indoor National Championship qualifiers will be finalized tomorrow.
