Parker, Held set to star in IWLCA Senior All-Star Game

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - Seniors Alexandra Parker and Natalie Held of the Salisbury University women's lacrosse team were chosen by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) to compete in the 2025 Division III Senior All-Star Game, as announced by the association on Wednesday morning. The Division III game will take place on Saturday, May 31st on Tierney Field at USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md. beginning at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Held, donning the number nine, and Parker, suiting up in the number 17 jersey, take the field with the Blue All-Stars squad led by Lindsay Delaney, head women's lacrosse coach at Rowan University. The Sea Gull pair claim two of three spots awarded to Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) student-athletes with CNU's Madison Rozgonyi also on team blue.

Parker, a senior attacker from Annapolis, Md., provided a much-needed veteran presence to the Sea Gull attack in 2025, finishing second on the team with 27 assists while ranking fourth on the squad with 40 total points. Parker boasts 81 career points across 73 appearances and 38 starts, logging 41 goals and 40 assists while putting 72 percent of her shots on goal as a Sea Gull.

Parker had a knack for postseason play throughout her Sea Gull tenure, beginning in her freshman campaign when she logged three of her four first-year points on a goal and two helpers against Kenyon in the third round of the 2022 NCAA Tournament. She went on to log multi-point efforts in three more tournament bouts including a pair of helpers in the 2024 title game against Middlebury.

Held, a senior defender from Ellicott City, Md., bounced back from injury with a dominant 10-game stretch to close the 2025 campaign, tallying 24 ground balls and 23 draw controls while causing 16 turnovers and adding her second career assist. Across her stellar years as a Sea Gull, Held boasts 168 career draw controls, 125 ground balls and 101 caused turnovers across 70 appearances and 50 starts.

The reigning DIII Defender of the Year finished the '25 season on an utter tear, securing 13 draw controls, 12 ground balls and eight caused turnovers in the final four games of the year including a career-high five caused turnovers against St. John Fisher in the regional semifinal. She concludes her time donning the maroon and gold with 32 draw controls, 27 ground balls and 19 caused turnovers across 13 outings in the Big Dance.

The Division II teams open the all-star festivities in Sparks, Md. at 10 a.m. while the Division I stars conclude the day at 3 p.m. Admission for all three games is free of charge. The Senior All-Star games will not be streamed or available to watch online.
